We do the following for our quoted service fee:

Drain remaining water from the portable spa.

Disconnect and cap off electrical wiring (we make sure it's 100% safe and secure).

Removal of spa cover, steps, and any other related items.

Clean the ugly spa stain off your slab.

Clean up the entire work area.

Rates Vary Depending On the Following

1. Type of Spa.

In most cases, spas are either above ground or in-ground.

Above ground spas usually have the pump and heating equipment self-contained.
In-ground spas usually have the pump and heating equipment in a separate location and are connected to your gas line.
Below ground spas are less common compared to portable types, but we have removed hundreds of these spas in the past. Most of the ones we remove have not worked or been maintained and/or used in years.

2. Size of Spa.

We charge a simple flat rate fee based on the size of your spa.

Standard spas measuring 8' x 8' across and smaller have a basic rate.
If your spa is extra-large or is a swim spa, different rates will apply. We will need the exact measurements and a photo to determine the exact rate. Kindly call or email us for a quote as our pricing slightly varies depending on location and access.

3. Additional fees apply if your spa is:

No additional fees are added if your spa is located in an average backyard and:

Level to Your Driveway
Has a Side Gate Entrance Wide Enough to Allow the Spa to Dolly Out on Its Side
Has at Least Two Feet of Access on at Least Two Sides of the Spa (From Top to Bottom)

Additional fees apply if your spa is:

Set Inside a Deck or Surrounded by Walls or Other Structures That Make Cutting It up More Difficult
Located on a Rooftop, Balcony, or Inside a Room
Located up a Hill or Has Multiple Steps Leading to It
Your House Is Far up or Down a Driveway and We Can’t Park Both Our Truck and Trailer (Connected Together)

Note: Our truck and trailer are 43' in total length and 8' wide.
